Cookie Policy
Every cookie and item of browser storage used on this site is listed below, together with what it is for. It does not take long to read.
Last updated: 17 October 2026
The short version
- The site sets a single cookie, and it is strictly necessary. It is created when you sign in, register, reset a password or submit a form.
- A few small items sit in your browser’s local and session storage: whether you confirmed your age, whether you dismissed the cookie notice, which games you opened recently and the start time for your visit timer.
- We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Items kept in your browser
| Name | Where | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
cz_age | Local storage | Remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or older, so you are not asked again on every page | Until you clear site data |
cz_notice | Local storage | Remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice | Until you clear site data |
cz_recent | Local storage | Keeps a list of the games you opened recently so they can be shown on My account | Until you clear it or clear site data |
cz_start | Session storage | Powers the visit timer and the break reminders that appear every 30 minutes | Until you close the tab |
cz_age_denied | Session storage | Remembers that you chose “under 18”, so the age gate stays closed for the rest of this visit | Until you close the tab |
None of these items is ever sent to our server.
The one cookie
| Name | Purpose | Lasts | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
cz_sid | Keeps you signed in and protects the sign-in and contact forms against forged requests. It is created when you sign in, register, reset a password or open a page that contains a form. | Until you close your browser | Strictly necessary, first-party, HTTP-only |
Because the site cannot do what you ask without this cookie, it does not require your consent.
Third parties
- Google. The Google sign-in script loads only when you click “Continue with Google”. Google may set its own cookies while you sign in through its window; see Google’s cookie information for details.
- Games. Games run inside our pages and are served from our own domain, but they are still third-party content. While you play, a game may store its own settings or credit balances in your browser storage, or set cookies of its own.
- Other websites. Links to GamCare, BeGambleAware and similar organisations take you to services with their own policies.
We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool, any advertising network, any social-media pixel or any third-party font service.
Managing cookies and storage
You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser’s settings (look for “cookies” or “site data”). If you block the session cookie, signing in and using the forms will not work. Clearing storage means you will be asked about your age again, and your recent games and any settings saved by the games will be removed.
Changes to this page
If what we store changes, we will update this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised. Our Privacy Policy explains more about how your information is handled. Questions are welcome through the contact form.
