1. About these terms

These terms apply to anyone using cloudzleisure.com (referred to below as “Cloudz Leisure”, “the site”, “we” or “us”). A site operator runs it, and you can reach them at any point through our contact form.

2. What you get

Cloudz Leisure is a free-to-play social games site. In your browser you can try 27 slot-style games, and they are provided for entertainment only.

• Not gambling for money. The site has no deposits, no withdrawals and no purchases, and you cannot stake real money on anything.
• Nothing to win. No result in any game earns you cash, prizes or anything of real-world value.
• No guide to real gambling. Results in our free games say nothing about what might happen if you gambled for money.
• Time reminders. While you are on the site, a reminder appears every 30 minutes to tell you how long you have been playing.

3. Eligibility

• The site is for adults of 18 and over only. You confirm your age when you arrive and give your date of birth when you register.
• It is intended for people based in the United Kingdom, so please do not use it from elsewhere.

4. Virtual credits

The games give you a balance of virtual credits, which are there purely for fun. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed, nor exchanged for money, goods, services or anything else. We do not replace or top them up, we owe you nothing if they are lost, and they may reset, for example when you clear your browser data.

5. Your account

• You need a free account to open the games, and you can register with an email address and password or with Google. Browsing the rest of the site does not require one.
• Give accurate information and keep your password private. Tell us if you think someone else has gained access. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One account per person. Do not register on someone else’s behalf or use another person’s account.
• After five wrong password attempts, sign-in is paused for 15 minutes to help protect your account.

6. Behaviour we expect

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• break the law or misuse the site, its forms or its sign-in process;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or anyone else’s account;
• use bots, scrapers, exploits or any automated tool to play, copy or overload the site or its games;
• try to buy, sell or trade accounts or virtual credits;
• send us spam or any message that is abusive, misleading or unlawful;
• copy, frame or redistribute the games or the site’s content except through the site as we provide it.

If these terms are broken, we may suspend or close the account involved, or restrict access.

7. Third-party games and services

The games come from outside developers and run inside our pages, served from our own domain, cloudzleisure.com. The developers own the rights in them, and a game may keep its own settings or credit balances in your browser and set its own cookies. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to that sign-in. We do not control the services behind links to other websites, such as GamCare and BeGambleAware.

8. Ownership and copying

The site’s design, text and branding belong to us or our licensors, and the games belong to their developers. You may play and view them for your own personal, non-commercial use. Anything further, including copying or reusing them, requires prior permission.

9. Our responsibility to you

• The site and games are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise they will always be online, uninterrupted or free of faults, and we may alter or remove games at any time.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen as a result of our breach, for the loss of virtual credits (which have no value), or for problems caused by your device, browser or connection. Because the site is free and for entertainment, our liability to you in connection with it is limited as far as the law allows.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using the site whenever you wish, and you can delete your account yourself. If you would like a break, or want your account restricted or deleted, you can also ask Support. We may close any account that breaches these terms.

11. Updates and applicable law

We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be heard by the courts of England and Wales, although this does not remove any rights you have under the law of the part of the UK where you live.
