Is it really free? Can I win money?
It’s free. Cloudz Leisure has no deposits, withdrawals, purchases or prizes of cash or real-world value, and in-game credits are virtual.
Do I need to log in to play?
Yes. Anyone can browse the library, but opening a game needs a login or a free account, using email or Google.
A game won’t load or looks squashed
Press “Restart game” above the game, then try “Full screen”. Update your browser, check that nothing is blocking the page and try a steadier connection. Still no luck? Tell us the game, your device and your browser.
My credits have vanished
Credits belong to each game and are virtual. If a game keeps its balance in your browser, clearing site data or using a private window can wipe it. We can’t restore virtual credits.
How do I get a new password?
Use the forgot password page, enter your email and follow the link we send. If you joined with Google you don’t have a password, so press “Continue with Google”.
How do I delete my account?
Log in, open My account and choose “Delete my account”. Your details are removed from our server straight away. You can also ask through the form.
Who is allowed to play?
Adults aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. The site isn’t intended for under-18s or for visitors elsewhere.
